I am now 20 years old. This is the letter I wrote when I started my site when I was first diagnosed with ADHD. I was 12 years old then.
Dear all A.D.D Sufferers,
Hello my name is Richard Hensby. I am an A.D.D sufferer. I have two brothers their name's are Michael and Alan. I used to go to school but now I go to a special school. There are only two of us in one class room but I like it there. The boy who is in the
same classroom with me is called Stephen. We get on well with each other and I like the teachers and also Basil the dog. My favourite hobbies are swimming and badminton. Badminton is really hard but I got the hang of it. If you try and try, keeping your
eyes on the shuttlecock, you get the hang of it in the end. Michael and Alan don't like me having A.D.D but come to think about it I don't either, but still never mind. I got diagnosed having A.D.D. near Christmas 1996, so we were pleased. So once I get my page
