The price includes a coffee and Danish pastry welcome, and a buffet lunch. There will be two refreshment breaks, when delegates will be free to buy their own drinks from University cafés, if they wish. Bottles of water will be provided for each delegate. There will also be a bookstall.
On the evening before the event there will be a champagne reception at the Belmont Hotel, priced at £35, for the first 30 delegates to apply. This will offer the chance to meet the speakers and have an early registration.
Those who wish to do so will be invited to take a table in the exhibition area on the mezzanine level above the Lecture Theatre. The price for this will be £50 for voluntary organisations (to cover costs), and £1000 for commercial organisations.
