The REAL Parent Program
This is a parent program devised to help parents of ADHD children learn strategies to cope with ADHD specific behaviour.
It is NOT a parenting course!!!
It is free to attend.
It is a 5 week course that aims to increase the parent's level of understanding of ADHD and help them develop strategies for dealing with ADHD behaviours.
It is an interesting course and anyone wishing to attend can book their place through Ecosse ADDers.
It is a joint venture between CAMHS and Ecosse ADDers.
