Balloons come in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
There are round ones and long ones, big ones and small ones.
There are different coloured ones.
Balloons cannot hurt me.
Sometimes people have balloons at parties, or at macdonalds, these are fun places I like to go.
Its OK for people to play with balloons.
Sometimes balloons go pop, it might make me jump but it wont hurt me.
If I am scared I can find an adult.
I can quietly tell them I am scared and they will help me by talking about it or giving me a cuddle.
