Each book has around 60 activities covering a wide range of topics including self-esteem, communication, and goal setting to drugs and alcohol. Each section has a topic area with information and background to the concept of the exercise, method, time frame, list of any materials needed. The activity is then described and a discussion section for after the activity has been completed to enable the parent/teacher to discuss what has been learnt.
