Using photocopyable resources and checklists this book outlines strategies and information for understanding and effectively helping children to manage their anger.

By outlining many of the triggers which can induce anger outbursts and giving strategies for recognising early warning signals the authors look at impulsive behaviours and how to help curb these. They also look at a way to help improve social skills and moral issues. By exploring both environmental factors and therapeutic techniques the authors help not only the reactions which they are helping the child to deal with but also how their own reactions can influence the situation.

The worksheets are designed to help the child work with not only their own anger but also their reactions to the anger of others.
