In this book Thom talks about the therapeutic effects of NLP for helping the symptoms of ADHD. It can be read in sections and is of enormous benefit to self-help for those adults diagnosed with the condition.

I would recommend reading this in sections as it talks about various techniques can be tried and used at the readers' own pace.
