Brilliant book about the problems faced by girls with ADD. Although girls face many of the same problems as boys this book picks up on the issues which are often ignored, including the inattentive or non-hyperactive side of the condition which a lot of girls fall into. It also covers issues girls have to deal with as they get older which are discussed in a sensitive way. This book offers practical tips and ideas to help girls with ADD become successful and retain their sense of self worth.

I wish it had been available when I was growing up.
