This is a book of poems by Wilma Feldman who through her talent for poetry talks about issues surrounding ADD. She helps us to feel less isolated and more understanding of ourselves with humour and verse. Great as a pick me up when you feel down and fed up as you can dip and read one or more poems to help you feel better.
