Again this is an excellent book, for young people, this time written by Patricia Quinn. Easy to read and follow format enables the author to explain all aspects of ADD, medical, scientific and social surrounding the condition in plain English.
Patricia gives practical tips on all the social and academic problems teenagers face whilst growing up in uncomplicated language. Offering help with organisation skills, dating and self-advocacy among others, all of which are essential to the general maturation process of our teenagers.
Other young people share their experiences with the author, which helps the reader to feel less alone.
