For children aged 8 - 13 this book has loads of activities for children including puzzles and stories. It covers topics including medication, organisation and how to understand themselves. Using activities and questions, the child can learn how to react to situations in appropriate ways and how to organise the way they do things to get the most success. There are projects the child can do which will help them to learn how to make and keep friends and how to achieve in school along with loads more.
The cartoon style makes this very appealing.
