Using music to help your mood is well documented but the Strong Institute have taken this many steps further in their 30 years of research. In my short test I found it very relaxing and was able to focus better. There is a whole variety of mixes to choose from specifically designed for improving focus, helping better sleep, mood enhancing, stress reduction and much more. There is a web based player plus Apps available for Apple iOS and Android.
