These videos address topics such as how to improve relationships, planning and organisation in order to thrive in life rather than just survive. They also aim to improve the understanding of ADHD for partners, school teachers, employers, counsellors and therapists. Basically anyone who has a perception about ADHD to change their mindset and move away from it being a mental stigma in our society. It's a gift so why not celebrate it!
