16th March 2007 - lost another 4 and half lb - total 16 and half lb in 11 weeks

1st February 2007 - lost another 3lb - total 12lb in 5 weeks

18th January 2007 - lost another 3lb - total 9lb in 3 weeks

3rd - 12th January 2007 - lost 6lb
