here is a poem what I done about getting assessed and that. The first verse is the words (more or less) of a psychiatrist. Thanks for reading.

So you want a box to fit in
To reconcile yourself?
But a box will just contain you
Boxes tend to stay on shelves!

Your life seems one big failure though
So many wasted years
Still there’s something to be taken
From all those frustrated tears

Exploit your unique talents
Focus on what you can do
When efforts seem in vain, don’t stop
But try to see things through

Leave your problems to the experts
They will do their best by you
But don’t pigeonhole yourself just yet
That’s something they will do
