Mixed Emotions

For Dean,
Behavior's worse at morning,
And then last thing at night,
But somewhere in between,
There's a son whos really bright,
There's kindness, understanding,
And a light that burns no end,
Sometimes I feel alone,
And he is my dearest friend,
If ever theres a crisis,
He's there right by my side,
Full of courage and wisdom,
And he fills me full of pride,
I know of all his problems,
And I'll fight until we've won,
And any mother will do the same,
Because she loves her Son.
